Cityographer Medieval City Map Icons (Any Editor)

I'm using these with Fractal Mapper, and I think they're stunning. Certainly a nice value. In addition to buildings, there's a whole section of interior items for inns/taverns. If you're populating a city, or putting together building interiors, this is a very nice, very complete set.

The Crypt Keeper - Volume 1 (Revised)

Wow - there's a lot to this! I was very impressed with the production value (all that HTML programming). The text was a little thin in spots, but then that's the GM's job, isn't it.

And you can part this to a self-running CD - woot!!

LIKED: Super maps A better-than-average digital-only product

DISLIKED: Map-making software publisher seems to have gone belly up. Should remove all the links to them.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Very Satisfied
Crack Wh-r- : Solitaire Adventure Dice Game

Interesting take on a mini-game. Certainly not a game you'll play more than a few times, but something to do while your buddies keep you waiting somewhere.

LIKED: It's a one-note dirty joke,a nd the publishers knew it. The game doesn't take itself seriously, and that's cool.

DISLIKED: Typo in one of the "character" cards - corrected on their web site. The guys doing this seem to have given up a couple years back - too bad.

QUALITY: Acceptable

VALUE: Satisfied
Fractal Mapper 7.0
Publisher: NBOS Software

I've been trying unsuccessfully to use mapping software for years. Not their fault, just my lack of inspiration and determination.

FM7 has been easy to understand and use, so far. Coupled with ScreenMonkey, I've put together a short campaign for my group to run through, including making a screen full of hidden treasure that I can reveal if they successfully search for it.

LIKED: Works with ScreenMonkey (by the same company). Fairly easy to use the advanced features.

DISLIKED: So far, I like it just fine.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Satisfied
ScreenMonkey v1.5

So far, this seems like a nice program, especially when paired w/FM7. The hard part is getting all my players to agree on a time to log in. It's a little hard for me to find all the right chat commands, but I'm really not used to on-line play.

LIKED: Ease of use for both GM and players. Very fast over broadband. Gaming system neutral.

DISLIKED: I'd like to see the availability of "adventure bundles" similar to those available for Fantasy Grounds, mainly so I can see how it's done.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Satisfied
I grabbed a copy of these to use with ScreenMonkey. Glad I did - they look & work great!

LIKED: Very detailed, with plenty of areas to investigate.

DISLIKED: Nothing, really. If they were a trifle smaller (dimensions and KB size) I wouldn't cry too hard, but they're great like this.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Very Satisfied
