I've only run this for a few times and only once with another player (alside from soloplay) and the game moves really quick. Once you get into the head space of the game it is so much easier and quicker to run than anyother rpg I have run. It is just the rules framework with out a setting so you will have to use another setting or make one up but that isn't a flaw. Can't recommend this game highly enough. It's a lot of fun and pretty much snag free.

I'm a sucker for mecha in fantasy settings.. and this book does an excellent job of making a D20 game of it.

LIKED: Nice art work, the various kingdoms are well thought out and interlock in history. Also loved the vehicle design system.. very simple and keeping the flavor of the setting.

DISLIKED: needed an index.. really really needs an index

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Satisfied
I had forgotten I had this, but found the printed copy I made. :D This game plays well and has a lot of background. It actually does have an index the version on line now. :D Postmortem should do a little editing and maybe upgrate the rules to more of a 5e-ish thing (lots of modifiers in this game but not that hard to keep track of).

Just checked my proofs and there IS an index, at the end of the book no less :) Unless you mean a hotlinking index, which appears to have somehow vanished from the uploaded version. Something I'll amend as soon as I'm able (Have just moved house) Cheers for the feedback!

DRAGONLOCK MINIATURES: Lizardfolk Set 1

I really like these. I'm printing them on a Monoprice select mini V2, which is a pretty small and cheap 3d printer and they came out great. No supports and almost no clean up. I've also printed them at 65% scale to use as kobolds :D. Would purchase more sets of minis if they ever make them.

The Bikini Hack

I bought this mostly to see what it was. Basically it has some ideas and rules for running a 60s style beach party setting. There are some rules to do some stuff for that settting.. but nothing about the setting, no adventure ideas, no examples of what you should be expected to do. I would suggest 1- a price list or guide lines of what stuff cost in this setting, 2-a short generic description of a local beach and town, 3-a page of adventure ideas (10 or so one liners or a mad lib kind of thing), This could have been useful but as it is now it's like a rushed job just put out there to captialize on the Black Hack wave. I will update this if the product is improved. ;)

Battle Between the Worlds

The is a very well done supplement for Dungeon World (well more for Dungeon Planet). I was really impressed by the layout and art of this one as I felt it really captured the feel of what it was trying to present. And what that is a series of one shot adventures in the planetary romance, john carter, earthman uber alles (conquers all) vein. It briefly covers the Dungeon Planet playbooks and gives six new ones. Then there is Gm choose your player's adventure section.. there are 4 openings, 4 middles and 4 ends...there is enough detail to pick it up and run with it I think. Again the art is really good for this section. I highly recommend Battle Between the Worlds :)
